3. Payment and Subscription

Who Got Funds (Subscription-Based Payment)

  • We offer monthly and annual subscription plans.
  • Payments are securely processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
  • You may cancel your subscription anytime. Your access will remain active until the end of the billing cycle, but no refunds will be provided for unused periods.

PitchWall (One-Time Payment for Ads & Listings)

  • Payments for PitchWall services are one-time and vary based on ad options:
    • Featured Listing: Paid promotional listing on PitchWall.
    • Website Advertising: Banner ads on our website.
    • Newsletter Sponsorship: Promotional placements in our newsletter.
  • Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in an agreement.
  • Payments are securely processed through Paypal. By making payment, you agree to Paypal's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

4. Use of the Service

You may use the Services solely for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

  • Share, sell, or distribute content from the Services without explicit consent.
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Attempt to interfere with or disrupt our Services.

5. Intellectual Property

All content provided through the Services, including text, images, data, and software, is the property of Lemonade Solutions or its licensors. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

6. Third-Party Services

We use third-party services such as:

  • Microsoft Clarity: To track user behavior.
  • Stripe: For payment processing.
  • Paypal: For payment processing.
  • KIT: As our Email Service Provider (ESP). By using our Services, you agree to the terms and privacy policies of these providers.
  • Tally (from Tally.so) for collecting user messages and feedback.

7. Limitation of Liability

Lemonade Solutions is not responsible for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services.
  • Any inaccuracies or omissions in the information provided in our newsletters.
  • Actions taken based on the information provided through our Services. Our total liability under these Terms will not exceed the total fees paid by you in the last 12 months.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Lemonade Solutions, its affiliates, employees, and partners harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

9. Termination
