At Lemonade Solutions, we strive to maintain transparency and fairness in all transactions. This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to our services, including PitchWall and WhoGotFunds, outlining the conditions under which users may request a refund or cancel a service.
1. Refund Policy
For PitchWall (One-Time Payments for Ads & Listings)
- 100% Refund for Undelivered Services:
If a user cancels their payment at least 2 days before the scheduled delivery date, they are eligible for a 100% refund, no questions asked. - No Refund for Delivered Services:
Once the advertisement service has been delivered—such as a featured listing going live, an ad being displayed, or a newsletter sponsorship being executed—payments are non-refundable as the service has already been provided.
For WhoGotFunds (Subscription-Based Service)
No Refunds for Subscription Fees:
- All subscription payments are non-refundable once processed.
- Users may cancel their subscription at any time, and the service will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
- No pro-rata refunds are provided for unused portions of a subscription.
2. Cancellation Policy
For PitchWall
- Service Cancellation Before Delivery:
- Users may request cancellation at least 2 days before the scheduled delivery date.
- Cancellation requests must be sent via support@pitchwall.co with order details.
- Cancellation Requests Within 2 Days of Delivery:
Requests made within 2 days of delivery may not be eligible as service preparation may already be in progress. - Cancellation After Delivery:
Services such as ads, featured listings, and newsletter sponsorships cannot be canceled once they are live or delivered.
For WhoGotFunds
Subscription Cancellation:
- Users can cancel their subscription at any time.
- The subscription will remain active until the end of the billing period and will not renew after cancellation.
3. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation
To request a refund or cancel a service, please contact us via contact@lemonadesolutions.in or use the cancellation request form on our website. Provide the following details:
- Name and email address used for the order.
- Order ID or invoice number.
- Reason for cancellation (optional).
4. Exceptions
While our policy is designed to be fair and consistent, we may review exceptions in extraordinary circumstances at our discretion.
